In fact, it is not difficult to weld diodes. Just pay attention to a few points when welding diodes:

1. During the welding process, it should be noted that the welding time should not be too long, and some diodes cannot be welded with live electricity to prevent breakdown.

2. Diode, a device with two electrodes in electronic components that only allows current to flow in a single direction, many of which are used for its rectifying function. The varactor is used as an electronic adjustable capacitor. The current directivity of most diodes is commonly referred to as "rectifier". The most common function of diodes is to allow the current to pass only in a single direction (called forward bias) and block it in reverse (called reverse bias). Therefore, the diode can be thought of as an electronic version of the check valve.

3, if it is a patch diode, we should pay attention to the welding temperature, generally use a constant temperature electric soldering iron, the temperature is controlled at 350 degrees, in case the temperature is too high to burn the diode, and disconnect the power supply of the welding components when welding.
